Vanij is built local-first. Your business data — invoices, customers, products, ledgers, reports — is stored only on your device and, if you enable backup, in your own Google Drive (app-private folder). We do not operate servers that receive or store your business data, and we technically cannot access it.

What we do collect

• License & account: your email address and license code, at activation and restore — to issue and verify your license.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay; we receive payment status and invoice details required by tax law. We never see your card/UPI credentials.
• Support: messages you send to the Vanij Assistant or by email, and — only with your explicit consent — diagnostic logs you choose to share.

What we never do

• No advertising, no trackers, no analytics SDKs — in the app or on this website.
• No sale or sharing of personal data for marketing.
• No access to your business records.

Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

You may access, correct, or erase your personal data held by us (license & support records) via Settings → Delete Account & Data, the Delete Account page, or support@vanijbill.com. Server-side deletion completes within 30 days; purchase records are retained as required by tax law. Grievance Officer: EWUS Technologies Pvt Ltd — support@vanijbill.com.

Backups in your Google Drive are governed by your Google account; deleting the app does not delete your Drive backup — you control it.
