• License: one Vanij license activates paid features for up to 2 business profiles per plan terms; personal and non-transferable.
• Price-lock: your renewal price equals your first-purchase price for as long as you keep renewing the same plan.
• Free plan: free forever, full billing, with a "Created with Vanij" line on generated documents.
• Refunds: 30-day no-questions money-back on your first paid purchase — see the Refund Policy.
• Your data: lives on your device and your Google Drive; keep backups enabled — we cannot recover data we never hold.
• Compliance: Vanij produces GST-compliant documents from the details you configure; you remain responsible for your business information and filings. E-invoicing (IRN) is not yet supported — above-threshold businesses must generate IRN via the Government portal.
• Acceptable use: no reverse engineering, license resale, or unlawful use.
• Governing law: laws of India; courts at the company's registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction.
