Why Vanij exists

Every startup, every micro business, every small shop begins the same way: someone believing they can build something that lasts, armed with nothing but grit and a notebook.

But billing software forgot them. Built for accountants, priced for enterprises, and designed for businesses that were never their customer. And every “affordable” app eventually turns on them: quiet price hikes, paywalled features, and their own data held hostage the moment they can’t pay.

Vanij exists to be the exception — built with heart for startups, micro and small businesses, retailers, and every dream in between, because your business deserves software that never stops believing in you.

What Vanij is

Vanij is a GST billing app for small businesses across India. It handles tax invoices and plain non-GST bills, udhaar khata, stock, and the reports your CA asks for — and it is built local-first, meaning your business data lives on your own device rather than on a company server.

There is one all-inclusive plan. Every feature is in every paid option; nothing is held back for a higher tier. Your price is locked when you buy and never rises on renewal. There is also a Free plan that stays free.

Who builds it

Vanij is made by EWUS Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company that also operates under the name EWUS Technologies. Vanij is its billing product for Indian small businesses. Read more at ewus.in.

It is built and maintained by the Vanij Team. The app is published on Google Play under the package com.ewus.vanij.

In the app

Vanij Assistant answers most questions directly and can raise a support ticket for you without a form.

What we will not do

We do not sell or share your business data — there is no server-side copy of it to sell. There are no ads and no tracking SDKs in the app or on this website.

If your subscription ends, your data stays on your device and stays exportable. Access is never held hostage to a renewal.

And we will not put a claim on this website that the product cannot back up. If you find one, tell us and we will correct it.
