Stock that updates because you billed, not because you remembered
Stock counts drift when updating them is a separate chore. In Vanij a sale moves stock on its own, low-stock levels raise their own alerts, and adjustments are recorded rather than typed over.
Margin, not just revenue
Revenue tells you how busy you were. Margin tells you whether it was worth it. Vanij tracks cost against sale price so profit is a number you can see per bill and per period, including the effect of discounts and returns.
Handing the counter to staff
Staff Mode lets someone else bill without seeing purchase prices, profit, reports, settings or udhaar totals. The PIN guards getting back to the owner's view, and the app returns to Staff Mode on a fresh launch, so nobody inherits an unlocked owner session.
